Peter Cox spent his formative years in Pinehurst, and is a native of NC. He is the oldest son of four children to Dr. and Mrs. Stanley C. Cox III of Pinehurst-NC. He now resides in Wilmington, where his family menbers live and play.

Peter is an avid tennis player and golfer. He also enjoys travel, fishing, snow skiing, scuba diving, and listening to jazz, in his spare time.
